Responsibilities
Proactively work with the product team on designing and creating technical specifications
Implement features vertically, spanning front-end as well as back-end, designing & writing code that adheres to set coding standards
Performs code reviews
Identify, evaluate, and recommend ideas to solve product and technical issues
Monitor technical process against project plan while safeguarding functionality, scalability and performance
Share your knowledge with the team and teach others
Must Have
5+ years experience in software development, working on production code
Python/Django savvy
Experience with React
Experience with version control system and issue tracking system
Experience in Agile
Experience working on product(s) in the 1-to-10 stage Excellent communication in English
Nice to Have
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
HR/Recruiting industry Knowledge
Japanese language ability
AWS and Dev Ops skills
Knowledge of Security best practices and governance
Exposure to GDPR and private information management.
