Full Stack Engineer (Python)
Mission
Be part of a small but growing agile team developers aiming to change the way recruitment is done, by developing ZooKeep’s Talent Acquisition Platform.
Responsibilities
- Proactively work with the product team on designing and creating technical specifications
- Implement features vertically, spanning front-end as well as back-end, designing & writing code that adheres to set coding standards
- Performs code reviews
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend ideas to solve product and technical issues
- Monitor technical process against project plan while safeguarding functionality, scalability and performance
- Share your knowledge with the team and teach others
Must Have
- 5+ years experience in software development, working on production code
- Python/Django savvy
- Experience with React
- Experience with version control system and issue tracking system
- Experience in Agile
- Experience working on product(s) in the 1-to-10 stage
Excellent communication in English
Nice to Have
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
- HR/Recruiting industry Knowledge
- Japanese language ability
- AWS and Dev Ops skills
- Knowledge of Security best practices and governance
- Exposure to GDPR and private information management.
