- Collaborate to work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, industry experts, and HR domain experts from our ZooKeep team, to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Develop and deliver new features leveraging AI/ML models and techniques to boost hiring capabilities on our platform.
- Research to keep abreast of the latest developments in AI research and trends to enhance the AI capabilities on our platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the development and deployment of AI/ML models in real-world applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and present findings.
A strong passion for staying current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
